of dance, including tap, hip-hop, jazz and musical theatre. She is currently teaching numerous

classes in all age ranges at The Heart of Dance Studio under instruction from Deb

inclusive movement. Elizabeth has plenty of tap history knowledge and has five years of experience

of sharing this knowledge with the next generation of upcoming tap and hip-hop dancers

. She has recently graduated from Concordia University of Edmonton with a Bachelor of Arts

professional development program founded by Jenna Werhun. In this program, Elizabeth

learned many essential skills, such as running a class by being given the opportunity to teach her

peers as well as choreograph and perform an original piece for the first time. A few major dance accomplishments

in her dance career include being part of the Senior Elite Tap Team at Power

house Dance for three consecutive years, where she had the chance to work with choreographers such

as Travis Kights, Brock Jellison and Jason Marquette. In addition to this, Elizabeth travelled to

Las Vegas, Nevada, in July of 2017 with her elite team for the Velocity Dance Convention season

finale, where she took classes from a wide array of professional dancers. Throughout her dance

career, Elizabeth has had the honour to take classes from many brilliant dancers including

Mark Goodman, Zack Everhart, Roxanne Butterfly, Max Pollak, Alexander Chung,

Eddie “Neptrune” Eskridge, and Stephen “tWitch’ Boss, just to name a few.
