Meet Miss Jade! At just 2 years old her dance journey had begun, and she had no idea how much her passion for dance would begin to grow in the years to follow. Growing up in the dance community has not only taught her to express herself through the art of dance but it also taught her many valuable life lessons along the way such as teamwork, commitment and perseverance.
As her dance career continued she has exposed herself to a variety of disciplines along the way such as Ballet (RAD), Pointe, Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary, Acro and Hip Hop.
Jade Began student teaching at 11 years old where she assisted in Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop classes. A couple years later at age 15, her dream of choreographing routines became a reality. Miss Jade has attended many dance conventions where she has learned many useful teaching techniques to enhance her students' learning atmosphere and improve their strength and technique!
Throughout her career she has attended countless festivals where she has taken home scholarships, and many first overall awards. She has also participated in many performance opportunities such as parades, tradeshows and old folk homes where she had the opportunity to share her passion for dance with the community!
Miss Jade’s experience with the dance world allowed her to recognize her love for education, which is why she has decided to attend Concordia University. She is about to enter her second year in the fall of 2023 where she is working to complete her 3-Year Bachelor of Arts followed by an Elementary Education program!
