Miss Hayley
Meet Miss Hayley! Hayley was born and raised in Morinville, AB. She began dancing at the age of 3, and her passion for dance has never stopped. She has studied and trained in many disciplines such as ballet (RAD), pointe, tap (Al Gilbert), Jazz (ADAPT), contemporary, modern, musical theatre, lyrical, and hip hop. Miss Hayley has performed and competed all over Alberta, including Stars of Hope, Oil Kings Stage experience, Trade shows, parades, Showtime Promotions, REP Hip Hop Competition, Artist Emerge etc. She earned many recognitions, top scores and on-stage scholarships while competing. Throughout her career, she attended many summer intensives, conventions, and classes to develop and strengthen her technique and develop as a dancer, such as Groove Street, id inspire intensive, RDC summer intensive, Street Groove and many others. She became a choreographer at the young age of 16, where she found her love for teaching dance. Miss Hayley's dance highlights would be performing in Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park. Another highlight for Hayley was performing with Canada's Ballet Jörge. In 2016 Hayley travelled to Burbank, California and earned her Level 1 Professional Dance Instructor Certification. In 2023 Hayley become an affiliate member of the Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA). Additionally annually Hayley attends the The Alberta Dance Educators Association convection in order to further train and develop professionally. Hayley has trained under many well-known names in the dance industry and gives her thanks to everyone who made her the dancer and instructor she is today. Miss Hayley currently trains in the city with Eye Candy Dance Studio as a competitive hip hop dancer and encourages everyone to continue dancing as long as possible. Hayley holds a Bachelors Degree w/ Distinction in Sociology (Criminology) in hopes of becoming a lawyer. Miss Hayley looks forward to joining the movement and sharing her passion with you.
